Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional storefront URLs and engagement preferences)
• Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example IP address and browser type on the hosting provider)
• Cookie preference choices stored in your browser under a Filespringbase-prefixed key
• Client project materials you provide under contract (analytics access, order exports you choose to share)

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted engagements, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship or legal claim. Contract records are retained for seven years or as required by Hong Kong law. Analytics project files are deleted or anonymised within ninety days after engagement close unless you request a longer archive in writing.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Hong Kong law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Contact info@filespringbase.click to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

International transfers

We primarily process data in Hong Kong. If a subcontractor or hosting provider processes data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the destination to protect the data, including contractual safeguards where required.
