How a Filespringbase engagement unfolds

From access briefing to walkthrough—what your merchandising and marketing leads should expect when commissioning conversion tracking or insight work.

We deliver reviews and briefings, not a product login

Filespringbase is a Hong Kong practice that examines how e-commerce conversion events are captured and how assortment and promotions actually perform. Clients commission a defined engagement with a start, a deliverable, and a named walkthrough—not an open-ended subscription seat.

Most teams begin with a Conversion Tracking Review when finance and channel reports disagree. Others book a Merchandising Insight Briefing when category conversion averages are too blunt for seasonal buys.

Shared stages across engagements

  1. Scope the decision. We ask what the numbers must support—assortment depth, paid budget, or board reporting—before pulling a single report.
  2. Secure access and a control set. Analytics, tag manager or equivalent, and a week of orders finance already trusts.
  3. Validate before interpreting. Tracking health comes first; merchandising hypotheses only after events hold.
  4. Write for owners. Findings name severity and a suggested owner so engineering, merchandising, and marketing know who moves next.
  5. Walk through live. A scheduled session in Hong Kong time so questions land while the evidence is open on screen.

What we need from you

  • Storefront URLs and a note on marketplace versus owned-cart mix
  • Read-only access to analytics and advertising accounts in scope
  • Promotion calendar for the lookback window
  • One merchandising owner and one marketing owner for the walkthrough

What we will not do

  • Run media buying or rewrite every creative asset
  • Present a single vanity “health score” that hides real gaps
  • Change live promotions without your written approval
